Dr. Hauptman is wonderful. Staff is professional and friendly. They explain what is going to be done and the purpose of the tests.

This particular site had me to come 1hr and 30 mins to come get an eye conformer for my eye and when I get there they hand me an eye shield. I can’t put that in my eye to help shape my eye socket for a prosthetic fit . When I spoke with a woman from there to reassured me that she would have one for me when I showed up mind you I go to the office in Phoenix an they didn’t have one so I was told to go to surprise. Wild goose chase is crazyyy.
