Brought my elderly mother to get a routine eye exam and she got diagnosed with cataracts and another condition in the other eye, she felt rushed and pushed to immediately making 3 surgery appointments, having very bad anxiety we left to call later to schedule, they DID NOT give her the new prescription for new glasses, we have both called several times with requests for the prescription and to make the surgery appointments, it’s now been a month and haven’t heard from anyone let, clearly ignoring us while still charging her ... read more
I am a 100percent disabled veteran, theVA referred me to this company. I arrived for my schedule appointment . I was having serious eye problems which needed immediate attention To my great disappointment I was told the Doctor was not available , did not come to work!!!!!@ They never called me Unacceptable response. Stay away from this company. Not reliable, check the MANY complaints against them
Not happy at all. From the staff just the girl upfront . They were so far behind. I canceled the appointment and will go elsewhere. You check in prior then you have to do it all again. What's the point in making us check in prior then again when your there. Waste of my time and stop double and triple booking appointments
