I didn't have my $25 co-pay on me and they refused to see me. I missed a day of work as and its over an hour drive, wasted my gas. They refused to bill me or let me be seen by the surgeon who did my surgery. I will not be back. I hope I don't have any problems with my face because they refused to see me.
I told them for over two weeks The Michael Jackson drug did not work for me that I would need Zofran or something I was told that the anesthesiologist would take care of that talk to her well She was beyond rude and she thought she knew at all tried to lie and say she never administered the drug yes she did and then said she only administered 5cc and that I couldn’t have felt it so it was in my head, I was nauseated I still have a headache and that was at noon 12 hours ago and as soon as she started administering it I immedi... read more
Staff did not log meds when given. Staff could not find vein. had to call another person for 3rd try. Was told would receive anesthesia in IV before being wheeled into surgery; only eye numbing drops given. Other patients had issues too, staff did not inform manager when asked what problem was. Nurse kept hurting me by moving eyelid separator. Dr saini scratched eye during surgery. Person needs medical advocate by their side rather than being closed off. Was told grievance was filed. The best, I had macular hole surgery on both eyes over three month span of time. Over three months and lots of folks involved, there is a lot of opportunities to foul up. Not once did that happen. Everything was very timely, polite, friendly and very very professional. First class operation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I saw Dr Golish and her staff yesterday and they were very nice and kind and professional. She accessed my problem gave me her treatment plan and I was happy with what she did. I was very uneasy and she made me feel relaxed she would take care of the problem. Thanks you Dr. Golish.
Had my cataract surgery on my right eye today. Feel OK other than having a rather large splinter in my eye! Lol! Didn’t take more than ten minutes and was what I would imagined an LSD trip would look like! ���
