I didn't have my $25 co-pay on me and they refused to see me. I missed a day of work as and its over an hour drive, wasted my gas. They refused to bill me or let me be seen by the surgeon who did my surgery. I will not be back. I hope I don't have any problems with my face because they refused to see me.
No! Their rules with this covid hoax is utterly ridiculous. There is no need for people who have their own masks to be required to wear their cheap masks when on the box of these disposable pieces of crap says it doesn't prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Yet their receptionists can wear their cloth masks but the customers can't. They go by double standards at this place and really should stop watching MSM with their lies.
Barnet Dulaney Perkins has excellent service, incredible Doctors and staff that are above and beyond. Jovanna was awesome. My eyesight will be fixed thanks to all the above mentioned, thank you guys so much!
I told them for over two weeks The Michael Jackson drug did not work for me that I would need Zofran or something I was told that the anesthesiologist would take care of that talk to her well She was beyond rude and she thought she knew at all tried to lie and say she never administered the drug yes she did and then said she only administered 5cc and that I couldn’t have felt it so it was in my head, I was nauseated I still have a headache and that was at noon 12 hours ago and as soon as she started administering it I immedi... read more
I do not recommend this clinic for many reasons. One they were not friendly when I arrived at the place. Two, for a year a half they have been charging me for some procedure that my insurance has already covered. The billing department is disrespectful and does not listen. I am done being respectful and understanding with this clinic.
I just want to thank everyone there. I have a very hard prescription and have since I was a kid with having many eye muscle surgeries. The last place I went was a total diaster and that steered me away from getting new glasses. Thank you so much Southwestern Eye!
