Very disappointing! My dog needed emergency euthenizing . I contacted the clinic as soon as they opened at 730 am. I was greeted with a very insensitive technician stating that they were busy with appointments and could not see the dog until 330 . I told her that my dog was suffering and she stated that we could drop the dog off and the vet would kill it between other appointments . I told her that I wanted to be with the dog.
