The entire staff at Barnesville Animal Clinic are very caring and compassionate people. They truly loved the animals that they take care of. My Siberian Husky has had some health issues over the last few years and they have taken wonderful care of him. His arthritis had gotten pretty bad and it was to the point where he was suffering so I knew what needed to be done. They were very caring and kind during the procedure of putting him to sleep. Dr. Ptak and her staff have always displayed the utmost professionalism and respect towards me and my lab. These folks love animals and do care about their well-being. Dr. Ptak is a top-notch veterinarian, providing thoughtful and cost-sensitive advice and treatment options. I highly recommend her and Barnesville Animal Clinic for pet health needs.
I live in Fargo but don't mind driving to Barnesville to see Dr. Ptak because she is the kindest, best vet in the area! Katie is so good with our dogs and I always trust what she has to say. My dogs are my babies so I'm not going to take them to just any vet! She asks about my family, my mom's dogs, etc. whenever we go in. Katie has a heart of gold and I recommend her to anyone!
Will never bring any of my pets back here. They diagnosed my dog with kidney failure and did nothing but sent him home to die. There were treatments and medications but none were even offered. They could have at least referred me to a vet that cared! You shouldn't become a vet when you don't care about people's pets and only care about the money. I now have a vet that cares, has done everything they can do and have been very caring and compassionate, I only wish I would have gone to them sooner.
I love the kind, friendly and knowledgable staff at barnesville animal clinic we have a happy healthy puppy who really enjoys coming to the clinic and is always greeted with welcoming smiles thanks for all you do!!!
I have always had outstanding service whenever I bring my dogs in. Dr. Katie and her staff are top notch in my book.
Cannot express in words how thankful I am for this clinic and every person that works here. This last year my husband and I moved 4 hours away and one change I'm not okay with is bringing my dogs to another clinic:) so looks like we have a lot of drives ahead of us. The staff is so wonderful, and our dogs love it there.
