UPDATE: after I called and left a message informing staff of their negligence, the woman who made the appointment called anmy grandfather and antagonized him. This woman argued with him on the phone and became nasty. She ultimately told my grandfather he was no longer welcome in their office. He was a patient of Dr. Barnes for 30+ years. I believe Dr. Barnes has passed, but my family is very disappointed in my grandfather's treatment and the was the office is currently being ran. DO NOT GO HERE. Misleading staff .
