Riley in parts is great to deal with. Knowledgeable and proactive with suggestions for a better result. Service has gone well and I'm happy to go to Barnes Powersports for continuing service on my TransAlp.
Disappointed to learn that Barnes has closed their service department in Esquimalt and relocated it to Langford...resulting in a marathon event to get a scooter serviced by a licensed Yamaha dealer.
Staff were not welcoming or helpful
