Asked for a quiet helmet. The one they recommended doesn't just have wind noise, it amplifies it, it SCREAMS in my ear. Whatever you do, don't listen to their advice.
Pretty nervous about coming in, was worried about being pressured into buying stuff. The staff were super chill about explaining the benefits of various helmets, hot to pick one and making suggestions on the lower end of the budget scale. No rush even though I came in before closing and a really cool atmosphere. Bunch of cool bikes in stock too.
Huge thanks to the service team, especially to Lee and Bryn! Brought my bike in for a repair and the guys went above and beyond getting it ready same day. Checked the bike over and even repaired things that weren't noticed at the first glance of the eye. Excellent and professional work, thanks again guys!
Jim, the salesperson, was awesome to deal with. Walked out with a bike that I spotted for my hubby.
