The only motorcycle dealer - repair shop left in town. They were able to repair my vehicle same day! There was some disconnect regarding quoted price, but they were able to price match it to what was originally quoted.
SUPER friendly staff, very knowledgeable about products, and very patient when it comes to trying on gear. And trust me, I tried on many different boots and jackets and pants... They have a low selection of woman's gear (like literally every other store I have been to), BUT all of the employees will happily go through the sizing with you, including browsing products online and or in a catalog . And lastly, the best of the best- they are more than happy to take your measurements for the perfect fit!
I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this with anyone thinking about bringing their bike here for service. The floor associates are fantastic. They are incredibly helpful, non-judgmental, and never make you feel pressured to buy. They genuinely do their best to assist you. The issue is the service department. The lack of communication within the service department is highly concerning. I dropped off my wheels with next to no notice to get rubber swapped and they had it done for me next business day! They also were flexible and were nice enough to let me pick them up after they had closed for the day. 10/10 will go through these folks again.
