We recently renewed our lease for a second year with Barnes and Phillips and we are beyond happy . I read many reviews about them not renewing peoples leases or skyrocketing rent . We had the exact opposite experience. Our rent stayed the same and they renewed it with a simple process. I've had the pleasure for the past two years to work with Bill and his team from the mortgage side of helping many of their buyers. They truly set themselves apart when it comes to repeat clients. Their dedication to help with their buyers, sellers, and property management needs is top notch. There's definitely a reason why so many won't go anywhere else for their real estate needs. We always paid on time and paid all increases! But this property management is terribly bad communication or care of property! After hurricane Ian they had no responsibility for property and we tenants did 💯 of clean up. I even shoveled the pool of debris before the pool company would even touch it! Renters be very aware of renting from this agency. The maintenance guy John is very rude and unfriendly! Front desk Michelle is very rude when paying rent like you are an inconvenience for her!
