I've had the pleasure for the past two years to work with Bill and his team from the mortgage side of helping many of their buyers. They truly set themselves apart when it comes to repeat clients. Their dedication to help with their buyers, sellers, and property management needs is top notch. There's definitely a reason why so many won't go anywhere else for their real estate needs. We always paid on time and paid all increases! But this property management is terribly bad communication or care of property! After hurricane Ian they had no responsibility for property and we tenants did 💯 of clean up. I even shoveled the pool of debris before the pool company would even touch it! Renters be very aware of renting from this agency. The maintenance guy John is very rude and unfriendly! Front desk Michelle is very rude when paying rent like you are an inconvenience for her! I've used Barnes and Phillips for the past 13 years as a property management company for my Northport rental home. They , year to year, did an outstanding job of finding tenants quickly and keeping up with my maintenance needs .When it was time to sell they were spot on with their advise and we ha a quick sale for our asking price.
