Since I was a child I have loved Barnes and Noble and I always have a good experience at this location. I use my membership regularly and always receive great customer service.
I am sad that we lost many of our brick and mortar B & N locally. Thankfully, there is still the Vernon Hills branch. It is not their fault they are the smallest of the stores in a 20 mile distance from me, and the only one still existing. But, I can always find at least part of what I am looking for, and my son can as well. I always make use of my 20% coupons when they arrive. And when they arrive they always bring a smile.
