While my first cataract surgery went well, there was a lot of confusion with scheduling with the office staff and their not answering the phone and you never get the text the message the machine says is coming right back. They were not kind at all. Terry, the Doctor's wife and office manager was rude and cold. The second surgery was not as successful; but it was ok, what could I do. This is the worse optomologist office I've been to. The staff are rude with unpleasant attitudes thru out the whole office. However, Dr. Barnes is cool, but he needs to rehire his whole staff team, they make his business look very bad. I will never get services from them again.

Dr. Barnes cares about his patients and seeks to provide the best possible eye care. He is knowledge, and dedicated to providing an effective eye plan. Appointments fill fast, so I would definitely recommend to plan accordingly!
