Worst experience ever in a hospital . Staff was ignorant. After siting for an hour in the waiting room they called us back up to say our sign-in that she did was gone . Then lied to me and asked me for all the information again and told me that all she had to do was print the tickets . If she lies about something so stupid how dies this hospital run ????? St. Luke’s next time for us .

I visited this location last Saturday due to my daughter spiking a high fever. They did bloodwork as well as a Covid test and told her to stay isolated for 14 days and that we’d get the test results in 3-5 days. That was 9 days ago, not only have I not received the results, but no one at the hospital seems to know how to find them. I was repeatedly transferred, hung up on, put on hold and voicemailed. I called my pediatrician to see if she could track down the results, and she experienced the same. I know they are probably b... read more
