My daughter went to the ER 2 days in a row. She saw different providers each time. Her health history was not taken. No one checked her meds list. The 2nd time she had a head injury and was made to sit in the waiting room for an hour before being seen and then the Dr never even checked her head till I insisted when he wanted to discharge her. Her vitals were only taken once when she was triaged. The fact that she had suddenly fainted and hit her head and was showing signs of having a concussion was not investigated. When I t... read more
