This was honestly the best dental appointment I've had in my life. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 5 years due to an unpleasant experience getting cavities filled. I was nervous about returning but everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist himself were so nice, welcoming, helpful, sweet, and professional. They were exceptionally thorough and detailed so that I can track changes to my teeth over time. The cleaning and exam were actually relaxing and not painful whatsoever. I definitely recommend!
Highly recommend this practice. From the incredible hygienist to the phenomenal front desk, you will be greeted with kindness and skill. I found them at a time when fear of dentistry was high. They have not hurt me or caused any pain. I was convinced by these gentle dentists and I have been a patient for 12 years I believe. They saved my teeth!
The staff are always friendly and communicate every step of their work. They always seem to be happy as well. Great place to get dental work.
I am normally terrified of dentists but from the first encounter to the last, everyone was very friendly and calming. Dr. McElheny was very patient and kind and put me at ease right away. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Absolutely the best! I've gone here all my life. I had moved to Kansas City a couple years ago and I hated all the dentist offices out there. Finally moved back to St Charles County and I am grateful to be back with J. Kevin McGraw dental office. I even refered a couple people and they cannot imagine going anywhere else! The staff is truly the best and makes going to the dentist FUN! :)
I was the typical frightened dental patient until I found this office. From the front office ladies,who rock, to each dental assistant and hygienist, to the wonderful doctors you will see the difference from others. They all care about you. I have never felt pain while being treated for major issues. They are the best!
I have been going to this office for over 25 years. I always get the best care. Dr McGraw is very personable, compassionate, and extremely good at what he does. His staff is friendly, helpful, and also very good at what they do. After not taking good care of my gums I have to be treated every 3 months. My hygienist is Kim and she and Dr McGraw are saving my teeth as long as they can. I am 71 and still have them. Yay Kim!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. Pam is AWESOME with insurance questions and scheduling!
