My 77 year old father went in for a circulatory bypass in his leg in February of 2009. The nurses let him get bedsores and as a result he had to stay in a nursing home for a month after the surgury. Upon returning for a follow up in November, they needed to do an emergency sergury to bypass the same vein installation that they had previously replaced. In other words, the same surgery. My wife went in for a very serious treatment and the staff and the doctors the nurses was the nicest and caring people around. And i have nothing but good things to say about the hospital i would tell everyone about it and give it very high marks. But then again i have not received the bill yet.
For the last 3 years I have went to Barnes to get my flu shot not just for me but also my family.Last year I was in Barnes for surgery.I am on a fixed income now so the flu shots mean more now to me than ever.I watched the local news for info so I would know when they were being given out but I seen nothing.I was very dissappointed when I did find out it was already over.My question to Barnes now is where can people on a fixed income get their flu shot Now?And if possible if any shots are left can we still get one.I do not t... read more
