Barnes Jewlers definitely made an excellent first impression on me! I dropped my ring off to be cleaned and reset and was told the cost would be $20-$40 depending on what need to be done. I was happy to pay whatever the cost. When I picked up my ring there was no charge! Small gestures really make a big difference. Thanks Barnes.

Had another great experience at Barnes today. Very courteous service as always. Bought a beautiful watch for myself and received help with a Pandora charm and wish list for my 7 year old niece who took her time. The folks at Barnes could not have been more patient with her and she was so excited after we left about all the special attention she received.
