I went in to see about getting the diamonds tightened in my wedding ring and band and have it polished. I don't usually like leaving my ring overnight (they did not know this) but everyone was so friendly and helpful. They explained and even drew a picture to help me understand what had happened to my rings. I dropped it on a Monday afternoon and picked it up on Wednesday morning.
