Service department is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff that went the extra mile, and good communication - even though it was their busy time of year. As a woman, sometimes guys can talk down to you or be less than respectful in these types of places, and I just wanted to say that I felt NONE of that here. Thanks guys - you rock!
I've purchased two bikes from Barnes Harley Victoria. Both times they made the process easy and enjoyable. Melvin was my salesman for both bikes and he is honest and kind, really good dude. The fellas at the parts desk are also amazing. I ordered aftermarket parts from them, and they let me use the parking lot to install them, at which point Sam (sales) came out and offered help on his out accord, just because he likes doing it. I have been dealing with Jason Schultz over the past few years, finding the dream bike, tests rides, answering all questions, he is always there to help and support with a “ No Pressure “ he is simply an awesome down to earth man ! there is great team in the service and parts dept as well as on the retail floor. Not to mention events, BBQ, it’s an awesome friendly passionate and genuine community! Always a pleasure to visit the dealership!
