worst dealer ship ever to do business with, cranky old sales manager with no common sense on how to deal with people.I emailed that email u left and told them the whole story about my dealings, and have not herd any thing back, BTW i still see the same bike is still there for sale.
I purchased a 2023.5 CVO that was shipped from this location down to Victoria. Here is the situation: My 2023.5 CVO bought on May 13 this year with 7 km on it has been a nightmare. It started acting up around 2000 km on a road trip to Reno in July. The bike was supposed to have been repaired in reno but the problem reappeared three weeks ago while I was traveling to the Sturgis Bike Rally. I spend entirely too much time at this store. But it’s great. The Father’s Day BBQ’s, the customer BBQ’s, the Harley Ride Nights, the winter work, the additional parts. Test rides. And of course the incredible staff. It’s fun. It’s always a great time and I love my Harley. Thank you all.
I'm from out of town. My back tire was done and stopped in for a new one. Turns out I needed more than a back tire, and my bike was a little problematic. The Barns team went out of their way to solve the problem and got me on the road again. Turned a crappy day into a great one, especially when we got to Tunkwa Lake road that evening. We broke down 50 KMS from Kamloops today and had to get a tow to Barnes Kamloops. I was greeted by Nick in service, who said, “How can I help you?” When I told Nick what happened, he said they would be able to squeeze us in amongst all of their bookings. That’s exactly what they did. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so we can continue our holiday. Nick is a great person and is the epitome of customer service. I only wish that we lived here so I could always deal with him.
