Five stars isn't enough for the team at Barnes Harley! I rolled into town at 5:00 PM on a Friday all the way from Grande Prairie, only to discover I had an oil leak. Talk about a vacation nightmare. But the team here completely saved the day. Chris, the manager, came right out to help look at the bike, and Warren, the service tech, quickly diagnosed the issue. Stopped in to say hi coming back from ride to alaska. Was welcomed before going in with coffee and water. They had noticed all the dirt on the bikes from several days of rain and insisted on washing our bikes. Everyone there was very professional and wanting to assist. Great crew and very glad we stopped by. Thank you
The people at Barnes HD in Kamloops really helped me out! Misplaced my helmet in Kelowna. Didn't notice cuz where I'm from adults don't have to wear a helmet. 50 miles down the road I realized it was missing. Didn't want to backtrack so called Barnes & they said they had. Great fit and bought my usual t-shirt, pin & poker chip. Much Mahalos & Aloha!
