Absolutely awesome experience at Harley-Davidson Kamloops! The people there were fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about helping me out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These guys are just awesome! Always cool to come by and and shop. Especially hats off to the parts and service department. Parts always finds what I need and the service department came and picked up (and delivered) my bike from Williams Lake for repair last winter. Refreshing to deal with people that actually give a shit about you.
