I’ve had 2 rings made and the customer service, workmanship and quality was far better than I could have ever expected. I love the store and their displays of jewelry. Very unique and beautiful jewelry.

Barnes Fine Jewelers are the BEST. I first went Jared and was told that my diamond had a crack in it and was chipped, and that if heat was applied it could crack the diamond. Then was given very high estimates to solder the rings together which was why I was thee in the first place. Walking out, my fiancé told me about Barnes. I stopped in on the way home from Jared and was glad I did. I had to have a ring remade that took a ride in the garbage disposal. Barnes Jewelers did a great job making a new ring that was exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. The ring looks awesome.
Owner Paul has been my jeweler and designer of custom pieces for many years, MANY MANY YEARS. The pieces are gallery perfect and handwork is of perfection. New bed room set . My new bed room set was purchased here. The was a problem during shipping and the bed rail was broke. They took it back and replaced it as soon as the part was delivered. They service was friendly and my parents have purchased many items from this store.
Beautiful jewelry and friendly people. I redesigned my grandmother's ring and I love it. The whole process was great and I got exactly what I wanted.
