Avvo 5 stars AMAZING !! I had 6 DUI in NC. 2024 I caught 1 in Tennessee. THE LAST ONE as that 1 sobered me up! In Tennessee multiple DUI can be 10-12 years in PRISON sentence. I am 70. Retired, finally married to the woman worth being sober with. I got lucky , the judge in that county only saw 1 DUI. So here I go again with an Ignition Interlock limited privilege licence. Barnes & Fersten, PLLC was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful from our initial consultation through ultimate dismissal. My Counselor was Brandon Fersten, but the entire firm played an incredible and assisting roll in my case.
