Fairly new to the state...picked up bullshit charges... 1st experience with court in this state (Tn).... came across an individual talking about their 4th dui and no jailtime.... I asked how?..... stated hiring John Barnes.... I found the office and set an appointment for counceltation.... Talked to Brandon Fersten..... He told me John has relocated to Atlanta area and no longer working in Knoxville... but Insured me the "firm" still handled in the same fashion as it did with John present.... Very very glad I went with Barnes & Fersten!! Andrew was amazing at his job in every way. Communication was top notch. Kept me informed every step of the way. Any time I had questions he answered them promptly. He told me to be patient & things would work themselves out & they sure did. My case was tossed out & im able to move forward in life!
