After having a stem cell transplant, my implant supported denture would not fit anymore. I made an appointment, (took two weeks to get in) and all he had to do was change the rubber o-rings in my denture. He charged $140 for that and $65 for an office visit. He asked me if he could give me an estimate on the bottom. I said sure. He did a panoramic X-ray, and that added another $95 to my bill. I have never had anyone charge for an estimate! The billing department incorrectly submitted my social therefore my insurance did not pay them properly and they acknowledged their mistake but rather than working with me on this error they garnished me. their error turned a $95 bill into a almost $500 bill. they were very unprofessional and rude when I tried to work with them on this and avoid court and attorney fees. I will not ever return to this dentist office and I will tell everyone that I encounter to avoid this office as well.
David was willing to take a non-patient during this virus outbreak. Very commendable! I will be recommending him from now on.
