Don’t know if this is the same ones who came to Hattiesburg, but they are liars. Told me it wouldn’t be a hit on my credit until they worked up something and submitted the request to banks. Lies!!! I’m trying to work on my credit, so to immediately get an alert of a hard credit inquiry when assured that’s not how it worked, was very upsetting. Don’t use these folks. They are only concerned with trying to make a sell.
Went there this morning 8/21 to purchase a car for granddaughter and was told either money down or co-sign for her - decided money down then they tried to up the money down- we left and won’t recommend this dealership
the sales people pressured me in saw my credit score and manipulated me into a high priced car. Now I am stuck for an outrageous payment I cant afford and they will not let me out of contract
Came to look at some vehicles at closing time. Mr. Paul Jackson was willing to stay and, eventhough they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for in the lot he found me one at another one of their 11 (yes that is right 11 different) car dealership. He had it transported from Tennessee to Starkville for FREE. Courtney and Packy were great!! I’ve been looking for a Ford Explorer for over a year now and purchased one 2 weekends ago!! I saw the vehicle on a Thursday and signed papers that Saturday!! I highly recommend their service department! My transmission went out in my Tahoe. I called and spoke to Jeremy Yates in the service dept, gave him my vehicle information along with the issues and he handled the rest from there. The transmission was ordered on a Friday, came in the following Monday. On Tuesday it was installed and done. I could not ask for better than that! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
