This facility is a complete joke. I called a total of four times before getting a call back from the office manager. The first time that I called I requested my blood work script be sent either electronically to Quest Diagnostics or sent in the mail to my house due to not being given it on my last visit. I was told that neither of these could be done due to HIPAA. This is absolutely absurd, considering I work in healthcare and know a great amount about HIPAA. I just feel like every time I call needing care there is a reason I can't get checked out and I am referred to urgent care anyway. Most recently I called the answering service over the weekend. I was told the doctor would call me. I waited the whole day and I never received a call.
Wonderful care, hard to get on the phone. All in all would recommend. *Edit* looking at this review 4 years later, they’ve gotten a lot easier to get ahold of. Updating my rating.
I have been a patient of Dr Gills for about a year or so. He is an amazing doctor and his staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor and when I see him he explains things patiently and clearly. Great office and doctors.
