Called Barnard Painting on Monday March 6, 2017 to set up appointment for him to come to our home for painting estimate. Time was set for Thursday at 11 AM of the same week. About an hour before his scheduled arrival, I received a call from person that identified herself as Mr. Barnard's daughter. I hired Barnard Painting and Refinishing (of Waycross, Ga., Brunswick, Ga., and Richmond Hill, Ga.) to paint the interior of my mother's home and to refinish the hardwood floors. The work was not finished, they damaged a brand new dishwasher and two brand new ceiling fans.
