HIRE TAM IMMEDIATELY!!! I have now sold two homes with Kip and Tam and WOULDN’T THINK of selling a home with anyone else and you shouldn’t either. Kip and Tam are way more honest than they should be and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They were able to inspect the first property giving me a realistic evaluation on what the home would sell for.
