They were out of Maine lobsters so I settled on tails. They were only ok. I was told it came with mashed potatoes but they brought rice. They tried to charge me $4.99 for a tiny bowl of not very good hollandaise sauce. The mojito wasn't sweet enough so instead of adding simple sugar like I asked the waiter added sprite. My husband enjoyed his mahi-mahi & thats the only reason I'm giving a fair rating. The server was rude & the restaurant was mostly empty on a Saturday night. I can understand why.
We are Barnacle Bill's Seafood regulars at the Main Street Sarasota FL location. Staff is great, food is fantastic and you can go with fancy white linen high dining or come off the keys in your bathing suit and a cover up and staff always makes you feel welcome. Love the Early Bird Specials they run and happy hour. Love that they are DOG friendly as we often take along our Dane Preston and he gets great service from the staff also! Highly recommend a trip to Barnacle Bill's!
Keep politics out of my dining time. Put your Trump sign nonsense on your lawn and not where I spend my hard earned money.
I can't wait to eat at your restaurant again. It is nice to see a restaurant stand up against Nazism and those that would rape us of our God given rights. :) Best original martinis and awesome lobster.
