Received a phone call on my CELL PHONE about an appointment for someone who IS NOT ME.....the girl NEVER asked if I was the patient or even related to the patient - just launched into a detailed account of the diagnosis based on a referral (which she couldn't refer to because she had "misplaced it!"), what the appointment was for, and the treatment for the diagnosis!
