I didn't have the time to drive my car there, so the provided pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient. Although my schedule got a bit disrupted because I hadn't realized the process would take more than a day, I was satisfied with the service, and the staff were friendly on the phone.

They know Porsche here. Took my Boxster here for interior work and AC not cold. Wrapped door panels look great now. AC cold and they also diagnosed a early start of failing AOS which previous Indy shop earlier in the spring did not mention as there was a slight tick when coming out of high idle and a small rough idle. The repairs cost honestly that's part of ownership and if you want it done right in Chicago area or all of Northern Illinois I would say these guy are best place as far as non dealer shops.

Love the service, upfront information, and helpful staff. So far I’ve only had an Oil change but I’ll be back for whatever is needed with confidence. Matt is a fantastic service manager!

After some troubleshooting the Barnaba team installed a CDI box and electronic distributor; the car is running wonderful.
