Barlow My screen for my furnace was frozen. And I had a message on my furnace to call your company. I called and the person on the phone immediately said “I have to send a technician to your house it’s $100”. So I asked if she could first troubleshoot it with me before we just jumped to sending a technician. And she refused and said she ‘wasn’t qualified to do so’. I had two men in two separate trucks show up and all they did was flip a switch and reboot the connection and then demanded I pay them $100 for doing that!! Seeme... read more

Roberto Clemente is a gem of a human being and a fantastic technician. He spent so much time with us and gave us so much great information for our free consultation that when the AC started acting up again and we called back we knew we wanted him. I have a medical condition that makes me extremely susceptible to overheating, so when it’s too hot my body shuts down. Roberto got it working like a dream with no fuss and so much helpful maintenance education. He’s the best!
