He quickly put me at ease, which is commendable after the tense moment that ensued when I opened the door to see an unwelcome sales rep accompanying him for this service. Glen is also knowledgeable and politely recapped key points of the inspection without mansplaining. I am impressed with Glen and hope he can be the tech for future service calls.

27 Oct 2025. Calob came and rebuilt all my toilets. Leaks were stopped, new handles installed as needed, new flappers and many new gaskets installed. He was very knowledgable, was polite and respected our home. This was a great visit. 5/20/2024.
