Having my yearly service by Barlow Experts is easy because they contact me when it is time for the service call. Roberto came today to maintain my split mini-system and he was great. His professionalism was top notch.

We are monthly service members and had our A/C inspected by Roberto. He did a great job but during the course of the inspection, he discovered a fitting that had been installed incorrectly at the factory. He had to call his boss for a tool which delayed things a bit. My complaint is this: the unit was just fine before the inspection and the broken part was not our fault, and yet we had to pay for it and the diagnostic time spent to the tune of $150.00. Excellent service! Mike was prompt, thorough, and he took great care to explain every step of the procedures as he accomplished the service. He showed us photographs of each area of our unit. Mike was courteous and helpful. We are very satisfied!
