This is our third vehicle purchased from Barlow. We got the Traverse and worked with our salesperson Mario S. and the customer care manager Tracey L. We worked with Tracey online and finalized everything with Mario. After sending in the appropriate documents in, our time at the dealership was about two hours, which was great since we had our young kids with us. If there was 6 stars they would get it. Ed Barlow has the attention to detail that makes it worth coming back. Wouldn't even let me drive off the lot without fixing a piece of weather stripping. It was a used car, certainly will have a little wear and tear. Little John, great sales guy. Worth going just to watch him try and get into a car (he is enormous). Tom Hess in finance couldn't have made it easier and the transaction wasn't normal. No wasted time, friendly and easy to work with staff. Excellent experience all around.
I had a horrible experience at Barlow Chevrolet. I went in yesterday to look at a car and talk numbers with salesman Rick. Today I called to simply just ASK if they can match the KBB value of the car which would be an extra $500 off. Rick didn’t put me on mute and a salesman or a finance employee told Rick “She can’t afford an extra $500? We already took off $400 for her like”, when I was simply just asking if that was something that could be done.
