Closed on a home back in Nov. 2024 and it's been incredible! As first time home buyers, the TriPointe team was always quick to answer questions and follow through with any request they could accommodate. We closed in Barlow in Dec 2023 and we already had to deal with one major leak that required extensive remediation including drywall work. If you are buying in this development, please make sure to do your due diligence. They fixed the issue but issues should not occur in the first place.
The completed units are nice. We like that each unit per building is unique and they are not all copy/pastes of each other. The bedrooms are quite large. The soundproofing seems decent, as there isn't any neighbor noise through the walls, and with proximity to RDU, you're only really aware of flights when the windows are open. Once the finishing landscaping touches come in after construction, this will be a beautiful TH community. The unique shape of the property lends to it not feeling claustrophobic like so many others do.
