About this business

Barley's Canine Recreation Center is excited to offer an indoor swimming pool, active day care, recreation services, therapy and specialty retail to the Wasatch Front. Our pool is chlorine and salt free. We use a copper ion oxidation system for keeping our pool bacteria free. For first time swimmers at our facility, we offer a swim orientation (by appointment) to introduce the dogs to our pool and help them figure out how to use the ramp to get out. Once they figure that out, you and your dogs can enjoy any of our open swim ... read more

They are gentle and kind. My Georgie Girl was so afraid of water and they took their time helping her ❤️

We took our mini schnauzers Pepper & Sally for a swim. They are slowly getting the hang of it. They like being in the pool, just not going down the ramp. Patience young pup, patience. Thank you Barley’s.

Our old guy grew up on the beach in Florida. Due to a lot of orthopedic issues, he’s not able to participate in any of the dog park ponds we have found over the years out here. Barley’s facility isn’t just a dog pool and daycare. It’s a wonderful, safe and friendly place to let our big guy feel like a kid for a little while. I cannot recommend Barley’s enough. Can’t wait to come back again.

Angus aced his first time session . Mike was wonderful with the one on one attention to get Angus swimming safely and enjoy the swim/play. Safe, clean and fully enclosed. It’s going to be a weekly thing !

Never would I go to a palce that shocks dogs with e-collars to try to keep them away from snakes. Totally brutal and ourdated. I challendge you to bring in someone who will do this without a shock collar.

My lab had a great time swimming here! She has been missing swimming with the winter weather and it was a great place for fun and exercise! The facility was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful! Decent prices and worth the drive from Ogden!
