Front office staff if insanely unprofessional and incompetent. Zero eye contact the entire time and “Can you ask her if she’s ready to give a urine sample” while I’m holding my two month old infant. Then proceeded to tell me she is no longer on my insurance and I needed to call to get her own ID number.
