SOLD ME A SICK DOG!!! HAD GIARDIA!! Yes they will pay for a specific vet in Thousand Oaks to have them checked out, but I still ended up paying for meds etc. Dog had diarrhea for weeks. This place is horrible! DO NOT BUY A PET FROM HERE!!

Very pleasant staff. They really make you feel like they care about their dogs. They give good advice about how to take care of them. I was told by my pet's vet that most of the dogs that come from Barkworks have some sort of illness. The second full day i had my puppy i found blood in his poop. He was throwing up. His eyes and nose were running and he had what appeared to be a cold. I immediately took him to the Vet and was told he had Giardia and a cold. After this issue i ran into another.
