Idiots. I have a 12 week old puppy and jumped through hoops to get the final shots set up for the day before we leave(1 week earlier than our vet scheduled). Evaluation has to be done before she can stay there. I was informed today that the evaluation cannot be done until the final shots are done. I told the girl that I am not a vet but I believe the puppy is protected by the mother until she gets hers. I have the mothers documentation because the dog had to fly to get to us. I was super impressed by the grooming of my mastiff today! He smells AWESOME! The place is very organized and clean! I love that the dogs get outdoor play time, also! My pup will never be groomed, nor boarded, anywhere else but Barkwood!
Barkwood is the best pet hotel. It's super clean, modern, and the people are extremely nice to my dog.
Yoda won't ever stay anywhere else! This place rocks :)

Want to be sure your babies are cared for like you would? No worries if they are at Barkwood. The staff is great and when I have left them with others they are apprehensive but at Barkwood they go right in. Their grooming by Jennifer is awesome.
