I like the place and the people. My dogs, Antonia and Mia, enter the place easily that means they like it, enough for me!
We just had our first and last experience with Barkwood. If you take your pet there, just pray your precious one doesn’t get sick. Our’s battled diarrhea and they did nothing! They even sent him home with diarrhea all over his back side coat. We not even get a phone call!
Our pet, Oliver, absolutely loves his friends at Barkwood! The staff is friendly and very informative. Their VIP boarding suites are an amazing home away from home. The daycare service is perfect to allow your pet social time and to allow you to run your pet-prohibited errands. I would highly recommend.
We take our energetic Labrador to Barkwood for their day care program. He is always happy to go in the door and crashes from exhaustion after we pick him up. The staff is kind and caring. We love Barkwood!
Started bringing my dog here for weekly play. She gets excited as soon as we leave the house. Have also had her groomed here, which is not an easy task with so much fur. They’ve done a good job. On our initial visit, I had paperwork faxed from my vet in another state while I was waiting so she could do the evaluation. I would never board my dogs here again or recommend this place to anyone I know. They do not care about your fur babies and only care about money. I feel horrible that I even had my dogs stay. There are places that do truly love what they do and care about your pets and I saw that first hand after switching my dogs to a new location!
Toto runs to the staff as though they are his family and that tells the story. We get him playtime and he's very happy there. Thanks Barkwood!
