I have been coming to Dr. Barksdale a long time and I have always enjoyed the service and professionalism.
Tonya made me feel comfortable as she told me everything that she would be doing prior to meeting with Dr. Barksdale and what the pictures would be used for. It is never an enjoyable experience going to the Dentist; however I felt that everyone I met yesterday was friendly and genuinely cared about what I was going through. Thank you!
Just wanted you all to know that I went to dinner last night after having my teeth cleaned by Nancy that morning. The waiter complimented me on my white teeth and smile. I told him I had been to Dr. Barksdale that morning!

Because I have never had medications pescribed before a tooth was taken out, it seemed to me your support staff could have been a bit more patient in explaining the prescriptions. I do not fully understand what will support the upper structue after the infected tooth is removed. I hope to discuss this further when we meet tomorrow.
EVERYONE in the office is always friendly. The office is very calming and relaxing, even though I am usually a little nervous. Seeing Nancy is like going to visit a long-time friend. I appreciated being able to get my new bite appliance quickly at the same time as my appointment, even though there had been no prior arrangements made. The new young man was very professional and polite. He will be a good dentist someday.
Hey, If I can't rely upon an old High School buddy to treat me right, what am I supposed to do? FYI: I like the automated email reminders. Great idea!
