I have taken both of my dogs to Barks and Buddies for years for both daycare and boarding. The owner is wonderful and responsive. He is a true dog person. He is caring and always wants to make sure you are comfortable leaving your dogs. Both of my dogs are treated like family and spoiled while they are there. I have never had a bad experience in all of the times I have taken my dogs. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Unapologetic. They offered a grooming appointment at 9:30am Sunday and promised to call when done. No call by 3:00pm. Wife called several times, leaving messages. No answer. No returned call. Went to the shop at 4:00pm. The door was locked. No one there, although several dogs were boarded there. Finally got them to answer the phone at 5:15pm. My dog really seemed to like it here. It's nothing fancy, but its clean. It doesn't smell like a kennel when you walk in. The only question I had after my first experience was how come they didn't give me dog the treats I left her. But the attendant said they give them their treats and don't want to over load them. Makes sense!
