Apparently they don't give information over the phone.
I saw sign on St Francis. It says Barks and Bubbles with Self Service in huge letters. When I inquired they said they only do grooming services themselves on a drop off basis.. ??? Did they forget to change their sign on the road? Then I inquired as to a rough estimate on cost. I understand hiring young girls so you can pay less however you really should train customer service if you are going to hire them.
