Our dog was crated while they were drying his hair with hair dryer hanging in the crate and he freaked out and got his mouth caught in the bars of the cage and they couldn’t get him loose. His lip was swollen and gum was cut. He ended up having to have six teeth pulled because he got an infection and had a broken tooth.

Stacia is so good with my Yorkie (Brutus) he always looks great and comes out smelling good. I am so protective over my babies and I trust her and the staff with my baby!!! Thanks for being great Stacia!!
Barks & Bows Pet Spa is amazing! I have been very pleased taking my girls (chocolate lab and golden retriever mix) to them! My golden just recently got sprayed by a skunk and they were able to get her in right away. Knowing they wouldn’t get all the smell out, they were able to do an AMAZING job at deskunking her! We can’t really smell the skunk smell at all! And they’re price are very reasonable also! Thank you so much Barks & Bows for everything! Y’all are Amazing!
After a walk in, meet and greet between our 17 1/2 year old Persian cat Squeekers, Stacia and her crew a few weeks ago, it went so well that they agreed to take him on as a client (thankfully), today he he had his first grooming and they did such a wonderful job! Our boy was not traumatized in any way, as he had been before earlier this year which led us frantically searching for a new cat groomer after he’d been seeing the same one for 16 years. stacia and her staff are so good with my yorkie! The first time he went he had an allergic reaction to the shampoo! Stacia caught it immediately and fixed everything! Stacia even put it in the computer so it would not happen again! They are the absolute best and my baby will not go anywhere else!
