Great customer service. We had a small complaint, but the owner was eager to work with us and fix the issue. I was very impressed with how much she wanted to make it right and we would definitely recommend this place for your dogs. Most places roll their eyes and blow you off, but Barks & Bows took the time to make a customer happy and that is rare in today's day and age. Thanks again!

As a new pet owner, I worry about my puppy like I do my own children. I was talked to first, then she loved on my pup. I like that she didn't just take her and send me on my way. She was even kind enough to squeeze me in..I truly appreciate that. Thanks again.
