Our golden retriever, Toby, decided to go swamping and then run through a field of burrs. He was a mess, and very uncomfortable. I called the Barking Lot and asked if I could get him in the next day (it was 6:00 PM when I called). Kathy, the groomer called me back and said she would work after hours to clean him up. She said she knew she couldn't sleep that night knowing how miserable he must have felt. I rushed him up there and she stayed till 9:30 cleaning him up. Toby (and I) felt so much better. On October 8th, Nicolle, performed awesome work on our Luna. Absolutely amazing transfiguration. Luna is a Gordon Setter. We drove 6 hours so Luna would look fantastic. Thanks ever so much!!

Kathy is wonderful! She's always groomed our long-haired cats, but got us in today due to an emergency. Our cat went missing 10 weeks ago and when she was found, was thin, filthy and in need of some serious TLC. Kathy worked around the vet's schedule and took the time to clean up a very traumatized cat. We are loyal to The Barking Lot for this very reason. She puts our family member first and helped start our cat toward recovery. Thank you for your generosity and gentleness with our baby. We are so grateful!
