RecommendedI visited this practice 7/28/2020 for severe ankle pain and bunion problems. Well today is the first day in literally MONTHS that I woke up with no ankle pain, Thank you Dr. Hoto! I was a complete big baby about getting a shot in my ankle, but it was worth it. Dr. Hoto is very kind, friendly and so very detailed in his explanations. He literally drew me a picture! I can't say enough good things about Barking Dogs. From the friendly, accommodating front desk staff to the amazing Dr. Pagano, you will be happy you chose Barking Dogs. Dr. Pagano is a long time runner and understands the injuries and unique circumstances runners deal with regarding their feet. He is friendly, caring and takes his time with you. You never feel rushed.
Met Dr Pagano this AM. Really nice guy, smart guy and best of all understands my rare disease and how to treat it. Spent plenty of time explaining things to me and my sister. Staff was kind and helpful. I gave him a pop quiz on foot anatomy because I was having a cramp so asked him what wa the antagonist muscle to a cramping muscle in my foot. He said he usually asked his student these questions, not his patients asking him. LOL. Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Dr. Pogano is great with my almost 2 year old daughter! I recommend him to anyone with young children!

Dr. Pagano treated me for a badly broken big toe - in my sport this can be a debilitating chronic injury. He accurately diagnosed me, came up with a effective treatment plan and healed me quickly. That was a year ago and I have had zero issues since. The whole experience was MUCH better than I expected. Outstanding doc. I can’t recommend highly enough.
Everything about this office is top notch!!! The Doctors, and office staff go above and beyond to deliver amazing care!
