Barker's workmanship and customer service is horrible! We bought a new home and they installed the roof. Within 3 months there was a leak over the master bedroom. After 3 years we discovered a leak in the attic, which had clearly been there for awhile. As their warranty was only for ONE YEAR, they refused to fix the one in the attic. But they said would send a repair person out there and charge an upfront fee just to look at the leak and figure what is wrong. So they wanted to get paid to fix their problem. This company was hired by Drees to install our tile roof... total nightmare. Large gaps in valleys, cracked tiles, half sawn tiles installed, white residue all over my dark brown tiles.... they refuse to address my concerns. Do not hire this company!!! Absolutely terrible quality. Then they ignore you. Next is filing a lawsuit for the upgrade cost Drees charged me. Smh
They were contracted through our builder on our home. During the recent ice storm we had a pile of snow get into our attic through an opening they left when they installed our roof. We had $8,000 of damage to our home because of it. They refuse to come out and correct the issue and claim they did nothing wrong. We have had an insurance adjuster and 2 other roofing companies that have told us our roof was not installed properly. Steer clear of this company!!
