I won't say terrible, but there's a lot of room from awareness and training. I hope the other properties they try to manage are more helpful. They can use a lesson in the Art of Communication. Seems like America can do the same.
Why don't they hire out of the Latina race? Where is the equality? Everyone needs to wake up. Soon. No real American wont be in Real Estate. Only people that speak Spanish and English, and they wont offer that to your kids in school unless they are extremely smart.
