We took one of our dogs here after being a bit disappointed at the prices and long waits at other clinics and when he wasn't doing too well. Dr. LeJeune was honest, yet compassionate, as we discovered he had cancer and didn't have long to live (after having his spleen removed). When it came time to say goodbye, they made the process as comfortable as possible, and (as others have noted) they even sent condolence flowers to us. I first started visiting Barker Cypress Animal Clinic as a volunteer with Houston Beagle and Hound Rescue. As I took my foster beagles there for medical treatment and saw the great work they did and how caring they were, we switched vets and started taking our own 3 beagles to see Dr. LaJuene and the rest of the remarkable staff. Last Monday we had to entrust them to euthanize our oldest beagle, and they sent us a lovely plant! We recommend them whole-heartedly.
The best vets, very caring and professional! My dogs have been there for 10 years. We never wait long for my appointments. Always clean. Successful treatments and surgeries. Even made my dogs last moments as comfortable as they could, filled with love and kisses from their staff. They even sent grievance flowers to my house after he passed away. They really care.
They're great with the pets and their owners! Honest about your pet's needs. Have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. LOVE THEM!!

We started going to this clinic 5 years ago when we got our kids their 1st fur baby & the staff is impeccable! I also love that it's consistent! I always see the same techs & receptionist! Dr. Lejeune performed 2 surgeries on our oldest baby & then we moved away & then started noticing a deterioration in her body. I only wanted to bring her here...so we traveled back to get her opinion.
