Greatest property management team in town
I rented from this company many years ago. David was always extremely professional, super responsive to any of our needs, and always advocated for us as renters. Portland needs more rental management companies like Barker & Calkins.

We found Barker & Calkins Inc via Google and are so happy we did. I called and spoke with Mark Mangampat and he was professional from the onset. He worked to rent out our property diligently, posting on all sorts of sites, and responding to all my calls and emails within minutes. He never let us down in any regard and helped us make decisions that would help us reach our goals throughout the process.
