This is where I work great
I am so happy I've managed to move out of there. The management are terrible - can only get hold of them when they feel like it. I have had numerous issues there in the 7 months I stayed. First of all there are holes in the walls/ ventilation is faulty as we could smell fried fish every day (neighbors cooking), the windows have not been cleaned once during my stay there, and the whole front of the building (and therefore hallways also) smells of dog urine. Great building and facilities with well maintained public areas. Unfortunately there were several corners cut when the condos were built. Constant repairs and service interruptions are the norm to fix the past mistakes. HOA and Building Staff are not the best in communicating what is going on. Great example would be Jan 2019, building staff and HOA informed tenants of a two week long water shutdown on every MWF.
