They are not transparent with their finances. Because of their inability to manage money wisely, or even properly, we are overpaying interest on a loan they forced on us. When we need assistance with our property, it takes forever to get it. It is frustrating to deal with them.
We recently moved into ****** **** ******** *********, *** managed by Barkan Management Co. Our initial experience has been great. The on site management is terrific.
