As a google reviewer with 500K followers: This is a Horrible HOA management company! They took over our HOA from Eastland Builders, Eastland-another horrible deceptive company, and immediately we are losing money, mismanaged, misinformed, silenced from speaking at meetings, controlled by email questions only. They have 2 people assigned to Clearview Estates in Millbury and they are often unresponsive or limited in response to issues in our community. It's all about control and keeping a 60K annual fee in tact! They are unfor... read more

Christina Dowell of Barkan Management has been incredibly helpful and responsive each time I have needed assistance. She has provided excellent customer service each time I have dealt with her- she is an exemplary employee. Kudos to you, Christina!
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property management company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The only person who answers the phone is reception, and they can only forward you to people who either don’t answer at all or never call back. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a lack of urgency and care for their clients. They even broke the law by sending my condo documents (requested weeks in advance) only 3 days before closing date, instead of the legally mandated 15 days. On top of that... read more
