Having had a temporary physical disability, Barkan ignored my accessibility request. They have also failed at managing the simple matters of trash and recycling pickups along with painting of corridors.
Having a physical disability, Barkan continues to ignore my accessibility request. They are more interested in Cucumber Melon building fragrances. I am trapped in my unit because of their incompetence.
Would not recommend there are more capable and better local options for property management companies in the area.
Wish there was an option to put 0 stars. Posting on behalf of my friend who lives here. “Management” is extremely rude and unprofessional. Any work needed inside the apartment is never handled correctly.
I recently requested a parking pass for my new tenants at Bedford Park Condos. Christina Dowell at the Barkan Company was very helpful I guiding me through the application process. To this I am much appreciative to Christina.
