Elisha Okoli is very rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and should NOT be a front facing concierge with Balkan Management. I walked in and said hello, mentioned I was picking up my packages and she paused - looked at me with a nasty squeezed up facial expression, got up and walked away without a word to me. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Barkan Management\. I initially contacted management regarding a leak in my condo unit and did not receive a response\. After waiting five days, I finally called to follow up, only to be immediately told, *“Rule of thumb is anything that services one unit is the responsibility of the owner\. Having had a temporary physical disability, Barkan ignored my accessibility request. They have also failed at managing the simple matters of trash and recycling pickups along with painting of corridors.

Having a physical disability, Barkan continues to ignore my accessibility request. They are more interested in Cucumber Melon building fragrances. I am trapped in my unit because of their incompetence.

Would not recommend there are more capable and better local options for property management companies in the area.
