I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property management company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The only person who answers the phone is reception, and they can only forward you to people who either don’t answer at all or never call back. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a lack of urgency and care for their clients. They even broke the law by sending my condo documents (requested weeks in advance) only 3 days before closing date, instead of the legally mandated 15 days. On top of that... read more

MONEY HUNGRY, LUXURY SLUMLORDS!!!! Ceiling leaks, delayed maintenance, top-tier gaslighting, staff that will lie on you ... the list goes on. Get EVERYTHING in writing an invest in in-home cameras. Dealing with this company feels like a never-ending episode of Punk'd. Update 1/21: For starters, my original reviews for the Jordan Apartments that I posted in their Google review page was deleted. In an attempt to not sway potential buyers from my specific condo building, I will leave my review here because the incompetence of this property management should not affect the positives from my building. However, if you are a potential condo owner and Barkan is your management company (or JZ is your property manager), absolutely reconsider your choice.
